Daisy is an Assistant Professor at the Hong Kong Baptist University where she teaches and does research on ethical food practices and urban food systems. She is the winner of the 2018-19 Fulbright Senior Research Award and will be taking her research to MIT in the fall. Her current project on food waste is a theoretical and technical undertaking that looks at the potential of collective (crowd) food rescue practices.
