Ed Romein is an independent researcher, educator and consultant based in Copenhagen, Denmark. He’s always on the look-out for new encounters that connect and transverse domains and disciplines in order to make a difference. His interest lie at the intersection of food, thought and sustainability. He’s currently working on a book that seeks to redefine the philosophical interest of food through the work of the French philosopher Gilles Deleuze.
