Angelique Rosales Salgado is a a Mexican-born curator and writer based in Brooklyn. She is a curatorial assistant at The Kitchen and was previously a Joint Curatorial Fellow in Exhibitions between the Studio Museum and The Museum of Modern Art. Lo is a chef and food consultant who is focused on restorative food practices and food justice. They believe that ingredient literacy, fresh produce access, and deliciousness are primary drivers of catalyzing symbiotic changes between humans and their food systems. Their research also includes, “Using Ergonomics to Reduce Harmful Musculoskeletal and Psychosocial Behaviors that Cause Stress Among Restaurant Workers.”
