Michael Mazourek is a vegetable breeder that serves grower needs through improving disease and insect resistance as well as flavor in agroecologically based production systems. Emily Rodekohr is a field manager and researcher in the Mazourek Lab at Cornell University. She is also a firefighter and EMT for the city of Ithaca, New York.
