In the third session of our culinary workshop series, Anna Tong and Yemi Amu be exploring a classic dish and universal favorite: dumplings!
While this workshop will be focusing on homestyle Chinese dumplings, we will be exploring the many different forms that dumplings can take across the globe — from gyoza to siu mai to pierogi.
Participants will learn to prepare, fold, and cook dumplings alongside friends and community in an activity that is truly a communal labor of love.
