The first of a series of dinners with artist, sommelier and chef Zacarías Gonzalez of Ediciones, this meal will celebrate the abundance of the seasonal transition from summer to fall.

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options will all be provided. Wine poured by the glass.

 

Zacarías Gonzales is a chef and multi-disciplinary artist from the cuban diaspora who often uses food as their medium.

In 2022, they were recognized by The World’s 50 Next Chefs and the Basque Culinary Center for their work in changing the future of gastronomy.
