Objective

Join Jaskrit of Inner Garden in a fall herbal cooking class to discover how to elevate your seasonal recipes with the use of culinary and medicinal herbs. In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn about the actions and energetics of herbs that align with the fall season, helping us create balanced, seasonal meals. Participants will also explore the healing properties of various herbs and how to incorporate them into our diet to support our wellbeing.
