My Neighbours the Dumplings is thrilled to announce their fourth guest chef in a series of supper clubs, the magical and one of a kind Healgoblin! She always brings something special to the table.
Healgoblin is a project by Turkish chef and culinary artist Nil Mutluer. Her cooking is inspired by seasonal produce, colour stories and foraged ingredients. She uses food as a creative medium to build journeys through sensory experiences. Her expertise in food styling has allowed her to work with brands such as Acne Studios, Aesop and The Modern House. Alongside this she hosts a bi-monthly dining experience called Soft Studies where she taps into her heritage and investigates our relationship with food. She is now collaborating with restaurants as a guest chef.
