Warm Up returns to MoMA PS1 this summer with electronic music and DJ sets on select Friday evenings in July and August. Crossing eclectic genres, tempos, and styles, this season’s program highlights a range of performers from New YorAdd Newk City and beyond. Early-evening sonic experimentation will build to late-night breakbeats over four distinct sets. Now in its 25th season, Warm Up 2023 takes place in the MoMA PS1 Courtyard with a newly commissioned stage design by artist Raque Ford, who was featured in Greater New York 2021. Your ticket includes admission to the MoMA PS1 galleries.

Since 1998, Warm Up has presented experimental and avant-garde music that forms an integral part of PS1’s multidisciplinary programming. A group of New York-based artists linked to the city’s sound, music, and nightlife scenes serve as this year’s host committee: Meriem Bennani, Patia Borja (JUICY), Raúl de Nieves (Hairbone), Joni (Intima), and Mike Pollard (Nina Protocol).
