Eliza Axelson-Chidsey is a designer, maker and consumer. A childhood of mixing inedible “potions” and drawing imaginary homes and gardens evolved into making things, and an inexhaustible interest in playing with food. She finds that our basic need to eat is an endless source of cultural creation and exchange. With a background in product and footwear design she is pursuing a masters degree in design for the domestic experience at the Royal College of Art in London.
