The queen of DIY announced a collaboration with 3D printers MakerBot. For 99 cents, you can download a Martha Stewart-designed file and print napkin rings for the whole dinner party.
Farming in Space
As part of a NASA competition, University of Colorado-Boulder students have created a system for hydroponic gardening in space. The individual plants are grown in “Smart Pots” with embedded sensors and are tended by robots to produce edible fruits and vegetables in deep space.
Le Laboratoire opens in Cambridge
