Our friends at Cool Hunting put together a great video with David Edwards, Harvard professor, chemical engineer, biotech innovator and founder of Paris-based Le Laboratoire. Here, Edwards shares the design ethos behind his innovative space—a center for artists, scientists and designers to exploration and experimentation. The products designed at Le Laboratoire are quickly prototyped and then offered to consumers through an onsite store. In the video, Edwards also shares some food design concepts including biodegradable chocolate inhalers, nebulized food clouds and a modular water carrying device.
