Katerina Liakos

Katerina Liakos brings her background in environmental studies and perspective of working at a human-centered design firm to cooking, event planning, and writing. She obtained a master's in applied gastronomy at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, Italy in 2021, and has cooked in Iceland, Italy, but is currently based in Brooklyn, where you can find her flipping burgers, and obsessing over composting at La Lou.
