Having grown up in the Bay Area’s revolutionary food neighborhood— home to Alice Waters, Michael Pollan, and aptly called “the gourmet ghetto”, Taylor has been fascinated with the potentials of food since the beginning. Educated at The New School in NYC, he eagerly took advantage of the food studies courses available there. Most importantly, he is religious about authentic Mexican cuisine.
