What if we could scale back farming, grow the food we need and the food we love in new ways that are better for us and better for the planet? This is the question posed in Collectively’s first documentary feature, America’s Shrinking Farms. Although the ideas here are not ground-breaking, the 18-minute film is a great introduction to some of the innovative ideas and companies that are offering alternatives to big ag.
