Students from Lund University’s industrial design program created a suite of consumer products for the home drawing on historical ways of making, the Tomorrow Collective project presented during Stockholm Design Week 2015 is about enabling a sustainable future by drawing on the past.
From a wooden iron to handmade cosmetics, a natural paint kit to a pine cone humidifier, the projects offered a full-range of solutions for the home. A sign of the times, the majority of the projects addressed issues surrounding food production, storage, preparation and waste. Here’s a look at the food design projects from this year’s presentation of The Tomorrow Collective.
